The fundamental mission of the national CAPT system is to bring research to practice. This group works in Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, and Vermont. |

They do presentations and workshop on family communications, truancy, suicide, and runaways. They are also a resource for domestic violence and substance abuse issues. They have a jobs and education program as well as a restorative justice program. Their primary focus is on adolescents and their families. |
